An HO-3 alternative, Homeowners FLEX provides open peril and replacement cost coverage, with up to full water damage, to both owner-occupied or seasonal homes in above-average condition. Key coverages can be dialed up or down.

A package of coverage based on a dwelling form, this named peril and ACV program targets homes not eligible for HO-3, but that are still in at least average condition. Water damage, theft, and other coverages are optional.

This long-time American Modern program provides full coverage, a stated-value total settlement, optional replacement cost for homes 30 years of age or newer, and many options. Vacant homes accepted in Dwelling Basic.

A modification to a DP-3 form, this program protects single-family to four-family, vacant, rental, or seasonal homes in average or better condition with open peril and replacement cost. Build up the coverage to full water damage and more.
