If you know the policy number, you can go directly to it to obtain:

• Billing Information (current & history)
• Cancellation/Refund Information
• Claims List
• Coverage Information
• Driver/Operator Information
• General Policy Information
• Policy Status
• Unit Information

If you do not know the policy number, you can search for it by any combination of the following criteria:

• Company Number
• Agency Number
• Sub-producer Number
• Insured Name
• State
• Zip Code
• Policy Status

RV Rate, Quote, Submit:

Currently available to registered modernLINK™ agents who are contracted with American Modern to write Recreational Vehicle products. This application enables you to rate, quote, print an application and electronically submit business to American Modern.

The functionality of this application enables you to:

Available to all registered modernLINK™ agents this application enables you to search the American Modern forms database for a particular form to view or print.

To view/print/e-mail/fax a particular form, simply input the form number, if you do not know the form number you can search for it by the following criteria:

• Form Type
