Home Service Policy
The Manufactured Home Service Plan becomes effective after the manufacturer’s one-year warranty. This insurance product applies to the home structure, systems and appliances and includes items such as garbage disposal, A/C, dishwasher, washer & dryer, furnace, etc.
American Home Guard & Private Label Extended Warranty
In the net rate American Home Guard program, the Agent sets the purchase price for the Service Contract based upon retail prices in the area. The Private Label Extended Warranty is included with the home at the time of purchase. Home buyers can pick and choose their coverages and may select Home structure only; Systems and Appliances only; or Home, Systems and Appliances.
