Our program covers manufactured homes only, and focuses on these "factory installed" components of the home:

  • Central Air Conditioning
  • Major Built-in Appliances

Depending on where you live, this kind of coverage might be called a "service contract," "mechanical breakdown insurance," or an "extended warranty." Think of it as a supplement to regular insurance, not a replacement.

How It Works

  1. Call us at 800-262-3555 to report a problem. We will verify your coverage and give you a claim number.
  2. Call the contractor of your choice to assess the problem.
  3. The contractor contacts us, repairs or replaces the item, and sends us the bill.
  4. You pay the $50 or $100 deductible to your contractor.
