You can help us more quickly evaluate the claim by providing:

  • Policy number
  • Policyholder’s full name and address
  • Name and phone number of someone to contact throughout the entire claims process
  • Any questions you have for the adjuster
  • Brief description of the loss including:

    • What was damaged or lost and when
    • How safe the damaged property is now
    • Any injuries related to the damage or loss
    • Whether you need temporary repairs
    • Whether you notified authorities, such as the police, fire department or ambulance
