Welcome to the Logo Standards and Downloads. The use of logos, company names, brand names and positioning taglines helps establish identity and awareness of our company in a variety of customer groups. While consistency in the use of these important symbols has always played a critical role in creating brand identity in the marketplace, the need for consistency is even greater today with the proliferation of brands that are cluttering the mental landscape for today's consumer. This Standards Manual is designed to provide a clear roadmap to the proper usage of our various symbols. The standards set forth in the following pages are not just something that we would "like" users to adhere to. They are requirements for two important reasons: 1. Brand Identity. When consumers are exposed to the same symbols, in the same colors, in the same typefaces, in the same proportions over and over again, they're much more likely to recall those symbols when it comes time to make a buying decision. And, that comfort, or familiarity, with the brand can make their decision to choose one of our products much easier. 2. Brand Protection. If you've tried to come up with a name for a new company, product or service, you've come to realize that most of them have been taken several times over. The failure of a company to adhere to trademarking requirements can result in the forfeiture of their right to that mark. Inconsistent use of brand marks can put us in a weak legal position to defend our brand if a competitor chooses to adopt it.
