Campus Highlights
Campus: We occupy 55 wooded acres on the outskirts of Amelia, Ohio. Our main office building has 273,500 square feet. At six floors, our building is the tallest in Clermont County. We are currently constructing a second building which will add another 205,000 square feet of space to meet the growth needs of the company. The cafeteria serves breakfast and lunch, and caters many departmental meetings.
Associates: Midland Company employs more than 1200, with about 950 working on our campus.
Conference and Training Center: The current Training Center offers 32,000 square feet of meeting space. As part of the new building construction, an additional 19,000 square feet is being added to accommodate meetings of up to 400 persons.
Fitness Center: Our 7,000 square foot facility includes locker rooms, sauna, daily aerobics classes and conditioning machines. Hours are 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. The campus also has an outdoor jogging and fitness trail.
Midland Redskins Baseball:
Midland’s corporate leadership have been long-term supporters of the Midland Redskins, a nationally competitive amateur baseball team. The north side of the building overlooks a first-class ball field.
