Your insurance carrier and your policy are only as good as the people who process your claim. We think our team is one of the best in the industry. Our goal is to close natural catastrophe (CAT) claims within 30 days of the initial report 80 percent of the time. That’s setting the bar high.

We do it by requiring in-depth training for new hires, which includes hands-on construction repairs, plus continuing education and certifications. We run geographic and exposure models and annual exercises to test the quality of our geo-coded data, and to assess how well yesterday’s experience matches up to tomorrow’s potential disaster.

Our internal practices are all geared to performing well when natural disaster hits. We deploy our most capable field staff to the hardest hit areas, we streamline any non-essential paperwork, and we expand our internal claims staff using tenured professionals from the rest of our organization.
