Tip 63: Use Every Tool at Your Disposal to Hang onto Customers

Customers don't grow on trees. So, it makes sense to do what you can to hang onto them. Our new "At-Risk Policy" report can help you do just that. For example, you probably know that new manufactured home business has a lower retention rate than renewal business. But, did you know the difference was 21.5 percentage points?

We've taken that information and added it to other relevant historical data to develop an "at-risk score" for each of your policies. It's not foolproof, but it does give you an advantage in knowing which customers to focus on with your valuable and oh-so-limited time.
