| Tip 53: e-Forms Search and Archive Enhancements Make Life Easier for You |
Electronic access to forms and promotional materials can be a wonderfully convenient service, especially when it puts a premium on ease-of-use. Thanks to suggestions from some of our modernLINK® agents, we've recently added a couple of convenience enhancements to our e-forms capabilities.
Improved Search Capability
Challenge: In the past, you could enter state, product or form number—but only one of the three—to produce a list of forms. Then you had to drill down further to get closer to what you were looking for.
Solution: Now, rather than going through multiple steps, you can enter one or all three selection criteria at the same time to drill down closer to what you're looking for in a single step. That means less fishing around for the relevant form. You spend less time looking for the form and more time using it to write more business.

Archive Function
Challenge: Sometimes, less is better. And, that certainly applies to the display of old versions of forms. By including old forms, the potential for mistakes exists and, at best, requires that you spend more time sorting through the effective dates to make sure you're choosing the most current version.
Solution: We've recently added a new archive function that will make it possible for us to display only the most current version of forms. It'll take us some time to fully implement this function on our end. But, as we do, you'll notice that e-forms is much easier to navigate through.
It has always been nice to have e-forms at your fingertips. But now, it's going to be even easier for you to get the forms you need immediately.
