April 27, 2005 Updated modernLINK® Interactive Training Now Available for Site Built The modernLINK Interactive training module is now available for Site Built Dwelling! Here's how to get to the training module: Go to modernLINK's home page and click on Interactive Training (it's in the Learning section). This will take you to the Training page. Select Rate, Quote and Submit, then Site Built Dwelling. Finally, click Generating & Submitting a Quote. Then you're ready to view the interactive training! There are a lot of exciting changes going on for Site Built: We now ask fewer questions on modernLINK and on our applications, making the process easier for you. We no longer have a supplemental heat source questionnaire; we verify the heat source is not a kerosene or portable space heater and move on. (surcharge still applies) You'll be able to tap into the Rental market with our new question regarding the number of dwellings owned by the applicant. Remember to use the newest applications when submitting business; binders now expire in 10 days. We hope you're ready for easier, faster quoting for our dwelling products.
