| We've Remodeled Our "Homeowners Policy for Manufactured Homes" with a New Look, New Coverages, and New Structure |
It was 1993 when we last revised our mainstay policy. So, we’re excited to announce the new policy form (M7000) has been filed and approved in numerous states, and will continue to be filed countywide the rest of the year. You’ll find the policy is now more competitive, easier to read and gives your customers a broader range of coverage options.
|
Here’s a glimpse at how we’ve made our policy more competitive:
- Eliminated the 100 foot limitation for other structures
- Restructured Special Limits on Certain Personal Property
- Increased limits on:
- Credit Card to $1,000
- ALE to $30 per day, and added civil authority provision
- Damage to Property of Others to $500
- We’ve added:
- Food Spoilage due to power failure up to $100
- Defined coverage for the peril of Collapse
- Improved Enhanced Coverage Endorsement (where filed) to provide up to $250 Food Spoilage and added Fire Extinguisher Recharge and Reward Reimbursement coverages
In addition, we've added a few brand new coverage options:
- Hobby Farming (subject to Underwriting)
- Identity Fraud Expense
| A New Look! New Coverages! And New Structure! It makes American Modern the right choice for your manufactured housing customers.
Please read the actual policy forms for all of the revisions made.
